Building a better workout

We’re breaking down outdated stereotypes to make yoga modern, inclusive, energetic and fun. Our workouts are suitable and challenging for all levels – in shape, shaping up, and everyone in between.

Our signature 60-minute classes will leave you feeling balanced and invigorated.

Regularly practicing heated yoga provides so many benefits. It can help reduce stress, increase flexibility, detoxify the body, aid in weight loss and increased metabolism and can provide important social connections.

The Art of Smart Sequencing

  • A well-sequenced yoga class, with poses that build on one another, helps your body move naturally through poses
  • Smart sequencing prepares your body to safely enter, sustain, and exit both simple and more complicated poses
  • Building muscle memory over time allows you to focus your thoughts on aligning breath and movement
  • You’ll have the building blocks to help you deepen your yoga practice
