Expect minimal holds and a continuous, sweat-driven pace from start to finish. You’ll move quickly through dynamic sequences, incorporating hand weights to build strength while challenging coordination and balance every step of the way. The result: improved stability, sculpted definition, and muscle endurance—all under heat and high energy. Driven by powerful playlists, this class keeps you moving, focused, and working.
